Jonathan Lipnicki was 6 years old when he first came to prominence as the adorable breakout child star in 1996 blockbuster "Jerry Maguire," starring Tom Cruise and Renee Zellweger.
Now the 26 year old is speaking out for the very first time about his life-long battle with anxiety and depression which began after he was bullied throughout middle educational facility and high academy over his preliminary success in "Maguire" and "Stuart Little."
"I've been in treatment for a very long time because I had a very serious issue with anxiety and depression," Lipnicki told TooFab. "I felt like I didn't know how my life was going to end up. It was the lowest point of my life."
The star spoke to TooFab exclusively on Tuesday about growing up as a scrutinized child actor, after first revealing the bullying in an Instagram post published Monday. (Read in its entirety at bottom of this post.)
"As a kid-teen I was made fun of relentlessly by some people who are now even my friends on FB. I was told I was a has-been and would never book a position again," Lipnicki wrote in the post.

It’s been 20 years since minor star Jonathan Lipnicki melted hearts as impossibly cute five-year-old Ray Boyd in hit film Jerry Maguire alongside Tom Cruise and Renee Zellweger.
Two decades on and Lipnicki - now a muscled 25-year-old and skilled at martial arts - is still working as an actor, but admits it’s incredibly tough getting movie directors and producers to view him as anything other than that cute kid from Jerry Maguire. By his hold admission, being an actor is a constant hustle.
Still, that has not deterred Lipnicki; in recent years he’s been steadily scoring roles in Indy flicks and has vast dreams to build it as a mainstream adult actor.

Jonathan Lipnicki’s Update On Life Away From Hollywood
Jonathan Lipnicki doesn't need his signature spikey blonde hair to complete him.
In fact, the former child star—who stole hearts when he was a kid in blockbusters such as Jerry Maguire and Stuart Little—is now rocking a much darker 'do. With brown tresses reaching his shoulders, Jonathan looked unrecognizable as he distributed a rare life update.
"I ended up in Oklahoma," the 33-year-old told Joey Lawrence, Matthew Lawrence and Andrew Lawrence on the Dec. 8 episode of their Brotherly Love podcast. "I love it. It's so peaceful for me."
But just because Jonathan has moved away from his native Los Angeles, it doesn't mean he's completely given up on his acting career. As he explained, the audition process has basically become virtual, so there was no reason for him to physically stay in Hollywood.

This listing is accurate I seen him at a convention a couple of years ago and I'm 5'6" and I was easily taller than him funny thing is he's listed at 5'7" but I can tell you that most of the celebrities I've seen in person that claimed 5'7" were shorter than me
